Aaron Baker



Aaron Baker's primary responsibility is measuring the impact of digital content produced for Harvard University's flagship digital products (harvard.edu, The Harvard Gazette, and university-wide social media channels) and using those analytics to inform content strategy. He supports Harvard University Public Affairs (HPAC) as a data evangelist—helping writers, editors, and social media managers get a sense of how engagement metrics can inform their work. In addition to reports and dashboards, Aaron is a liaison between HPAC and contracted agencies, translating business objectives for the department into action items for developers. He also organizes professional development events for digital communicators across Harvard University.
