Kimberly L. Henry, PhD



Dr. Henry is a Professor in Colorado State University's Department of Psychology and Co-Principal Investigator for the Colorado-Wyoming Alliance for Minority Participation. As a behavioral scientist oriented toward prevention, her work focuses on the psychological and social factors that produce or mitigate the health risking behaviors of adolescents and young adults. Through her role in The Colorado-Wyoming Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (CO-WY AMP), Dr. Henry supports CO-WY AMP's mission to increase the number of students from historically underrepresented populations in Colorado and Wyoming who persist to baccalaureate degree completion in STEM disciplines, with the goal of increasing the number and quality of URM students prepared to succeed in graduate education and contribute to a global and technologically driven workforce.
