Community discussion: WordPress in higher ed at scale

Community discussion

If there is anything we've learned over the past year and a half, it's that things can—and will—change at any moment. The face of preparation has become agility, and suddenly large-scale decisions are needing to be made on the fly. Few industries have felt the weight of this shift more than Higher Education. Rooted in brick and mortar, we've all had to rethink how we define campus, learning management, and the overall systems that make up our day-to-day. There has been no shortage of digital solution challenges:

  • difficult (and expensive) to scale
  • waiting on new features
  • accessibility (legal and usable)
  • and accountability.

In this session, we will explore how WordPress has—or could have—assisted higher education institutions to pivot during the pandemic. We'll address your challenges head-on and learn how others have overcome the hurdles your team is still facing. We'll discuss the benefits that come alongside a WordPress implementation for large-scale post-secondary institutions, and participants will walk away with actionable insights they can turn into results.

Our community discussions are a great way for you to get involved in the event and add your voice. We hope you'll join one of those discussions and share your experiences and questions.
